The church, under the name of St. Peter and St. Paul, has evolved according to its time. It bears traces of the construction of the 12th century, a third of the building is from the 14th century, then it was enlarged in the 15th century with a spacious choir and the rest of the building is from the 16th century.

Since 1270, as early as the first Counts of Brienne, the existence of the market hall has been mentioned in writing. This building is composed of old wooden pillars that support a vast roof. Around 1760, the Lords of Brienne decided to destroy the surrounding dwellings to facilitate access.
