Présentation
Originally scheduled for July 14th, this festive day, organized by Brienne en Fête and the town of Brienne-le-Château, returns for August 14th! The program includes: – From 8:00 PM: Dance under the market hall with the Yannick CHAMPION orchestra and food available on site from 7:30 PM. – 8:30 PM: Lantern collection under the market hall. – Torchlight procession with lantern collection under the market hall to proceed to the rear of the castle, where the fireworks display will take place at 10:00 PM.

Since 1270, as early as the first Counts of Brienne, the existence of the market hall has been mentioned in writing. This building is composed of old wooden pillars that support a vast roof. Around 1760, the Lords of Brienne decided to destroy the surrounding dwellings to facilitate access.
