Located in the heart of the Champagne lakes region, for a relaxing and simple getaway, discover this vacation rental in the Imperial town of Brienne-le-Château. Ideal for a weekend with family, several families, friends, as a couple, or solo, the “ISA” furnished apartment can accommodate up to 11 people. The accommodation comprises: a small, fully equipped kitchen; a dining room (adjacent to the kitchen); a living room; a large dining area; four bedrooms; three bathrooms with toilets (one on the ground floor and two upstairs); an entrance hall; and a garden. The first bedroom (on the ground floor) has a double bed. The three other bedrooms, located upstairs, are respectively furnished with a double bed and two single beds, a double bed, and a double bed and a single bed. The exterior comprises: A garden (with barbecue and outdoor dining area); A relaxation and games area (table football, ping-pong table, etc.). PRACTICAL INFORMATION: Linens (bed linens, towels, kitchen towels) are provided. Upon request, the following can be made available: a crib, high chair, baby bath, etc. The house is not wheelchair accessible (thresholds, steps, stairs). Upstairs, main beams span the house, and it is necessary to duck down. The bathrooms have sloping ceilings and low ceilings in the showers (1.70 m). Each bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. On-site parking is available both in a covered area and on the street. A pellet stove (priority) provides supplemental heat to the electric heating, and pellets will be provided.
