This brand-new apartment is ideal for two people and can accommodate a child in the mezzanine. The bedroom has a double bed (140x190cm). Upon arrival, you will enter the living room, furnished with a sofa and television, and then the fully equipped kitchenette. The adjoining room is the bedroom with storage. A ladder leads to a mezzanine, a sort of playhouse for two children. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. The beds will be made upon arrival. A private parking space is located directly in front of the apartment, and you can enjoy the small, secluded courtyard on sunny days. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Children’s beds are in a raised bed; children remain the sole responsibility of their parents. If needed, you can store bicycles or motorcycles in a covered area. Cleaning is included in the nightly rate.
