To celebrate two centuries of photography and as part of the accompanying exhibition, the library is offering a light painting workshop led by Geoffrey Rivière from 11bis. Come and try this technique well-known to photographers! But what exactly is light painting? Also called “painting with light,” it’s a photographic technique that involves using a long exposure time in a dark environment, while moving a light source to draw or illuminate shapes. So, get your cameras ready! And remember to register at the library.
