The Brienne-le-Château media library and the Friends of the Book are celebrating two centuries of photography. To mark the occasion, Emmanuelle Roux, from Emma’s Recycled Works, invites you to a cyanotype workshop on the theme of plants. Discover this ancestral technique of photography during two hours of learning and creativity.

Since 1270, as early as the first Counts of Brienne, the existence of the market hall has been mentioned in writing. This building is composed of old wooden pillars that support a vast roof. Around 1760, the Lords of Brienne decided to destroy the surrounding dwellings to facilitate access.
