Come and discover the Château de Brienne, nicknamed the Little Versailles of the Aube, during a guided tour with the Association for the Preservation of the Heritage of Brienne-le-Château. On the program: guided tour of the ground floor and the exterior, to learn all about this incredible residence, a jewel of the second half of the 18th century. Please note, the château is exempt from furniture. These tours are focused on the history of this building as well as its architecture. Three tour departures are offered at 2:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The guided tour lasts approximately 1 hour. For this edition, you can also enjoy a concert given as part of the Festival des Lacs d’Orient en Champagne: Clotilde Lacroix cello, Akino Kamiya percussionist, members of the orchestra “le Balcon” (chamber music, electroacoustic music, musical interludes) and Jacques Bernaert on cello. Practical information: – Access to the castle is from the Place de la Halle and the tour starts at the foot of the castle. You should arrive approximately 15 minutes before the start of the tour. – Free parking is available on the Place de la Halle.
