Outside: – A spacious 140 m² terrace. – A heated, private swimming pool. – A large, wooded 2500 m² garden. – Several outdoor games such as a badminton net, giant trampoline, and air hockey. – Sun loungers. – Garden furniture. – A barbecue. A washing machine and dryer are available. The rental price includes internet access, electricity, towels, household linens, and bed linens. Midweek and weekend rentals are available upon request. The swimming pool is heated and accessible as long as the outside temperature remains above 15°C. The rental price does not include cleaning. This is the responsibility of the tenant before departure. The post-stay cleaning fee is €200. This fee includes floors, bathrooms, and bedding. All used equipment must be put away and cleaned by the tenant. Any costs incurred for necessary cleaning or any damage will naturally be deducted from the security deposit.
