This functional 28 m² studio can accommodate up to 3 people and offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. Inside: – A kitchen and bedroom in the same room, the bedroom can be converted into a living room; the sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) can be transformed into a sofa or a bed. – Possibility of adding an extra bed (90 x 190 cm). – Possibility of adding a mezzanine bed for 1 child weighing up to 65 kg. – A shower room with WC. Outside: – A shaded south-facing terrace. – Exercise equipment. – Sun loungers. – Garden furniture. – A small flower bed. – A second terrace. – A small vegetable garden with tomatoes, strawberries, and lettuce.
