You’re probably familiar with the roar that echoes through the forests, but have you ever actually heard it? Come and experience this awe-inspiring spectacle during a unique nighttime excursion. For only three weeks a year, the males test each other or fight for the chance to mate. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to hear them utter their famous “rutting call”! Thanks to the binoculars and spotting scopes provided, you’ll be able to observe them perfectly from the dam of Lake Temple. Children are welcome on this fun and educational outing. Observation equipment is provided: spotting scopes and binoculars. Suitable for ages 6 and up.
