Présentation
Jocelyne Hermann Salley’s “Mirror” exhibition is at the Grands Lacs de Champagne Tourist Office! Come and discover these works of lyrical abstraction. After studying drawing at the Beaux-Arts in Troyes, Jocelyne Hermann Salley began painting in 1990. Initially figurative, her art became abstract, allowing her to convey her desires, her feelings, her emotions. “Painting and creating is a necessity for me; it’s my writing, the expression of my emotions, my passions. A response to life, giving it MEANING. An inner longing that finds expression on the canvas. It’s a bridge to others and a fabulous means of communication and exchange.”
