Présentation

In the heart of the village of Trannes and at the foot of the Lakes of the Orient Forest and the Champagne vineyard, 5 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park, 15 minutes from Brienne le Château, Bar sur Aube and Vendeuvre sur Barse, come stay in this beautiful and spacious house in local stones.

The owners live in an annex to the property and will show great discretion during your stay. From May to September, you will enjoy a 5×10 swimming pool (fenced and unheated), to be shared with the owners and open every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

On the ground floor: equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 triple rooms each with a double bed + single bed, bathroom (shower + bath), access to the laundry room on request. On the 1st floor, you will have a living room (sofas, TV), a parental suite (140×200 bed) with adjoining sanitary facilities (shower + WC), a 2nd double bedroom, a twin bedroom (2 beds 90×190), a triple bedroom (160×200 bed + 90×200 bed), 2 bathrooms with shower and wc. On the 2nd floor, you will have access to an entertainment lounge of 70 m²: bar with beer tap, table football, TV, DVD, library area, casino games, board games and games for children.
Outside: enclosed grounds with private parking and terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs), table tennis table. Electricity, heating, household linen (cloths / tablecloth) will be included in the price. Beds made on arrival.
