In La Villeneuve-au-Chêne, Au Rucher des Lacs offers artisanal honeys produced using gentle and natural beekeeping methods. Bruno Munoz raises his bees in harmony with nature, encouraging swarming and natural fertilization, without treatments or additives. His hives, located in rich and varied floral settings, produce wildflower honeys such as linden, acacia, or chestnut, depending on the season. Certified with the “Regional Natural Park Values” label, his honey reflects a vibrant region, respectful practices, and a deep connection to nature. Bruno welcomes groups of up to 10 people to discover his work, by appointment only.
