20 minutes from the Orient Forest lakes, 35 minutes from Nigloland, 40 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlets, come and enjoy this spacious, comfortable house to stay with your family or friends.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fitted kitchen, a lounge with TV and library, a dining room, a master suite (160×200 bed + shower + washbasin) and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, each with a 140×190 bed, 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 90×200 beds, a bathroom (bath + washbasin), a dressing room and a WC. In the basement, you will have access to a laundry room.

Outside, you will enjoy a large, wooded, unfenced plot, garden furniture with parasol and barbecue, deckchairs, parking, a garage and a carport. Heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Beds are made on arrival.
