Discover the Ferme du Champ Roy, from milk production to the making of our dairy products: milk, cheeses, raw milk farmhouse tommes, yogurts, farmhouse skyrs, all available for direct sale in the cheese shop… and their flagship cheese: Champ-sur-Barse! New this year, the farm offers farm-made ice cream. For “A Sunday at the Farm,” enjoy various activities: – Cheese demonstration and tasting. – Animal barn (dairy cows and calves). – Children’s activities led by students from the Saint Pouange High School. – Inflatable structures for children. – Free raffle with two gift baskets to be won. – Farmers’ market featuring: Papote (Caroline Payen and Jean-Baptiste Vervy): artisanal pasta made from durum wheat grown on the farm. L’Huile du Haut du Sec (GAEC Miot): farmer and producer of rapeseed, sunflower, camelina, and hemp oils. Au Rucher des Lacs (Ms. MUNOZ): honey producer. Le Jardin De Laura: organic market gardening, seedlings. Ô Délices De Lucas (Julian WINTERHALTER): artisanal jams, spreads. Ferme Du Tumulus (Cécile GOEPFERT): producer of pork, charcuterie, preserves, and pâtés en croûte. Le Moulin de la Lauchère (Alexandre GYÉ JACQUOT: Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Chocolate and Confectionery). Elite Mobilier Contemporain (Matthias GRANDCLAUDE): locally made, handcrafted furniture and solid oak cutting boards. Juste Une Histoire (Élodie MILCENT): jewelry and accessories designer, working with polymer clay beads. Richard Création (Adrien MUNOZ): wrought iron specialist, weather vanes. Canela (Catherine PELLADEAU): jewelry and accessories designer, sewing. Kitie Création (Caroline HENRIET): creations and engravings of wooden objects, mirrors.
