Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the village of Unienville, this old stone house welcomes you for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Accommodating up to four people, this house is ideal for a getaway with family, friends, or as a couple. This accommodation is perfect for discovering the Champagne region and enjoying a peaceful setting in the heart of the Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park. On the ground floor: – A bathroom. – An open-plan kitchen. – A living room with a 160cm x 200cm sofa bed with quality bedding. Upstairs: – A bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed. – A washbasin. – A toilet. Outside: – A large terrace. – A charcoal barbecue. – A lean-to. – A garden. Other information: Bedding for both beds will be provided. The beds will be made up before your arrival. Parking is located on the street next to the house. For fishermen (only) it is possible to park your vehicle and boat trailer in the yard (accessible outlets to charge your batteries).
