Located in a quiet little street, here is an old stone house for a pleasant stay. It has been renovated in the spirit of the time with an extra touch of modernity.
The house can accommodate four people (2 adults, 2 children). In a large shared courtyard but not overlooked. The ground floor has a bathroom and a kitchen open to the living room with a 175×135 convertible sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a hood, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a large quantity of dishes and utensils for cooking. The water in the house is softened. A television, TNT but no Wifi! In the bathroom, you will find a large shower, a vanity unit with a large mirror, and a clothes horse. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a 160×200 bed next to a water point and a toilet. We provide you with the necessary bedding (bed made on arrival). Outside, a large terrace is equipped with a charcoal barbecue, so you can sit comfortably and relax. The parking is next to the accommodation, on the street. You will have access to the garden and the orchard and old moat of the castle at the back of the land. It should be noted that there is a dog (female black German shepherd) who is very sociable and discreet and who does not bark. Unienville is a small village in Champagne integrated into the Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park. Very pleasant and quiet, it will delight nature lovers. Pilgrims on the way to Santiago de Compostela pass through the village all year round and often stop at the small 12th century Saint-Symphorien church. The Aube River is just a few steps from the house and will refresh you even during the hottest summers. There are multiple access points and varied scenery to suit your desires: massage in the waterfalls, beaches on the shore, etc. It is also a trout river classified as first category. The village is ideally located for canoeing, hiking and cycling, with many forest paths and the cycle path of the lakes of the Forêt d’Orient. You will be a five-minute drive from the beach/port of Lake Amance, ten from the Nigloland amusement park. Cleaning will be done by you with the necessary in the house (vacuum cleaner, etc.). The owners will do their best to find all the answers to your questions.
