Présentation

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this charming old stone house offers a pleasant stay. It has been renovated in keeping with its original character, while incorporating modern touches.

The house sleeps four.

Parking is available on the street next to the house. For anglers only, parking is available in the courtyard for your vehicle and boat trailer (power outlets are available for charging batteries).

The ground floor features a bathroom and an open-plan kitchen/living room with a comfortable 160x200cm sofa bed.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and ample crockery and cooking utensils. The house has softened water.

There is a television with digital terrestrial channels, but no Wi-Fi. In the bathroom, you will find a large shower, a vanity unit with a large mirror, a clothes drying rack, and a hairdryer.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160×200 cm bed next to a sink and a toilet. We provide bedding for both beds, which will be made up before your arrival.

Outside, a large terrace is equipped with a charcoal barbecue, perfect for comfortably dining and relaxing. A lean-to is available for shelter, drying your laundry, etc.

You will have access to the garden, the orchard, and the old wooded moat of the château at the back of the property. Please note the presence of a very sociable, discreet, and quiet female German Shepherd. Unienville is a small village in the Champagne region, located within the Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park. Very pleasant and peaceful, it will delight nature lovers. Pilgrims on the Way of St. James pass through the village year-round and often stop at the small 12th-century church of Saint-Symphorien. The Aube River is just steps from the house and will refresh you even on the hottest summer days. There are multiple access points and varied scenery to suit your desires: massages in the waterfalls, riverbank beaches… It is also a first-category trout river. The village is ideally located for canoeing, hiking, and cycling, with numerous forest paths and the cycle route through the lakes of the Orient Forest. You will be a five-minute drive from the beach/port of Lake Amance and ten minutes from the Nigloland amusement park. The owners will do their best to answer all your questions.
