Near the lakes of the Forêt d’Orient and the Champagne vineyards, and just 8 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park, come and enjoy a peaceful stay in a charming village surrounded by fields. Alexandre and Maria warmly welcome you to a 70 m² detached house, located in the annex of their property. On the ground floor: – A kitchen. – A 30 m² living/dining room. – A toilet. Upstairs: – 1 emerald bedroom with a 160 cm double bed – 1 blue bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a 90 cm single bed, and a travel cot. – A children’s desk. – A bathroom with shower. Outside: – A garden. – Sun loungers. Free covered parking for two-wheeled vehicles is available upon request. Nigloland amusement park and the Champagne vineyards are just 8 minutes away. 10 minutes from local shops (bakery, butcher, B1 petrol station, supermarket, doctor and pharmacy). 15 minutes from the A5 motorway access to Paris, 1 hour 30 minutes away. 20 minutes to the beaches of Dienville or Mesnil-Saint-Père. 35 minutes from Troyes. Towels are not provided.
