Discover this charming, brand-new, independent 25 m² studio, carefully renovated in a converted barn. Nestled in the heart of the Great Lakes region (Dienville harbor, Lac du Der, and the lakes of the Forêt d’Orient), you’ll be welcomed to a quiet village renowned for its heritage and located on the famous half-timbered church trail. The accommodation: Inside: – A queen-size bed. – A bathroom with a large shower (1m x 1.20m). – Television with Netflix access included. – A kitchenette equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. – A toilet. Outside: – A courtyard. – A large garden (2000 m²). – A terrace. – Secure parking. – Outdoor furniture (table, chairs, and sun loungers). Other information: All linens and towels are included. The bed is made with ironed sheets. Cleaning is included in the price. Accommodation not equipped with a hob. A baby can be accommodated (travel cot available on request). You can also enjoy a homemade breakfast (reservations required) for €7.50 per person, or opt for the set menu (table d’hôtes) for €22 per person. This meal includes an aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, and digestif.
