Located 38 km from Troyes and 20 km from Bar-sur-Aube, at the foot of Lake Amance, this semi-detached cottage is housed in a traditional Champagne-style building in the heart of Dienville, within the Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor: Large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette; Shower room; WC. Upstairs: Two bedrooms (1 double bed each); One bedroom (2 single beds); Shower room; WC. Beds will be made up for your arrival. Additional charges: heating and electricity. Tourist tax: €0.50/day/person. A secure swimming pool is shared by both cottages and is open from May (weather permitting). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Lake Amance 5 minutes away, Nigloland amusement park 14 km away.
