Discover Émilie and David’s charming Champagne-style house. This bright and completely independent accommodation is ideal for a couple, with or without children, or for two couples. Carefully renovated throughout, this former village bakery and sheepfold has retained all its character: its authentic brick bread oven remains intact, the original brick walls keep the house cool in summer, and the exposed beams create a warm and charming atmosphere. The house includes: Inside: – A bedroom with a king-size bed. – A living area with a convertible leather sofa. – A wardrobe and storage space. – A fully equipped kitchen. – A dining area. – A bathroom with a large shower (1.40m x 1m), a washbasin with storage, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer. – A separate toilet. – Children’s books, magazines, board games, and regional information. Outside: – A large, shaded, and flower-filled garden (2000 m²). – A large enclosed courtyard (ideal for motorcycles, electric bikes, classic cars, etc.). – A barbecue. – A south-facing garden lounge overlooking the garden (sun loungers, barbecue, children’s games, swing, goal and balls, badminton, beach games). Other information: The parking area is secured by an electric gate (classic cars, bicycles, motorcycles, trailers, commercial vehicles, etc.). Pets are not allowed. All linens and cleaning are included. Beds are made with ironed sheets. Bicycles, a baby seat, and helmets will be available. Furthermore, Émilie and David, passionate about cooking, will be happy to prepare delicious homemade meals for you. In addition, to enhance your stay, a picnic basket can also be prepared and delivered upon request. With advance booking, enjoy breakfast and dinner delivered directly to your accommodation at a time that suits you: – Breakfast, offered at €7.50 per person, includes freshly squeezed fruit juice, homemade jams, pancakes, as well as homemade bread and pastries. – The set menu, priced at €22 per person, includes an aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, and digestif, for a delicious and convivial experience.
