Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of this comfortable 146 m² cottage located on the banks of the Aube River, in the heart of the Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park. Within a short distance, you can discover and enjoy a wide variety of activities to suit everyone: swimming and fishing, water sports just 5 kilometers away in Port-Dienville, the great lakes of Champagne (Lake Amance, Lake du Temple, Lake d’Orient, and Lake Der within a 30 km radius), a 42 km cycle path starting from Dienville, Nigloland amusement park 9 kilometers away, the La Marque educational farm in Champ-sur-Barse, Champagne vineyards and cellar tours 20 km away, Clairvaux Abbey, the Charles de Gaulle Memorial in Colombey-les-Deux-Églises, Troyes with its architecture, museums, and factory outlets 40 kilometers away. And many more ideas for outings and activities! You will find information about these in the cottage. On the ground floor: – A large, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals (pressure cooker, raclette/hot stone grill, electric mixer, etc.). – A living/dining room. – A shower room with double sinks. – A separate toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs: – 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a 90 x 190 cm bed, and a cot. – 2 bedrooms, each with a 140 x 190 cm bed. – 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and two 90 x 200 cm beds that can be joined together. – A bathroom with a bathtub, double sinks, and a toilet. Outside: – A large enclosed garden. – A swing. For the safety of young children, the staircase is protected by a safety gate on the upper floor, which can be supplemented upon request by a removable gate installed at the bottom of the stairs. Utilities are included, including electricity up to 40 kWh for a 3-day/2-night stay, 100 kWh for a 7-night stay, and proportionally depending on the length of stay. Beyond these limits, charges will be based on EDF’s off-peak/peak hour rates.
