La Grapperie

Présentation

Located in the heart of the Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park, at the foot of the cycle path, the port (200 m), the beach, and also the village and its shops (200 m), the “La Grapperie” gîte, thanks to its ideal location, offers you the possibility of leaving your car behind for the duration of your stay. This two-story house can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. On the ground floor: A living area comprising a kitchen, dining area, and lounge; A toilet with sink that also serves as a laundry room; A bedroom with bunk beds (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm). Upstairs: A double bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm); A twin bedroom (2 single beds 80 x 200 cm that can be made into a double bed); A bathroom (bathtub, toilet). Outside: A private, enclosed gravel courtyard where you can park your car, bicycles, or jet skis. Shared river access with another cottage allows you to swim in the river or relax on the bank. Beds will be made upon arrival. Electric heating is charged extra for consumption exceeding 8 kWh per day.
