La Grapperie

Présentation

Located in the heart of the Forêt d’Orient Natural Park, at the foot of the cycle path, the port (200 m), the beach but also the village and its shops (200 m), the cottage “La Grapperie” by its ideal location offers you the possibility of leaving your car for the duration of your stay. This two-story house can accommodate up to 8 people (with a supplement of 10 € / night / person for the 7th and 8th person) and has on the ground floor a living room composed of a kitchen area, dining area and a lounge area (with sofa bed), a toilet with sink serving as a laundry room and a bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds 90×190). Upstairs, you will have a double bedroom (double bed 140×190) and a twin bedroom (2 beds 80×200 which can be offered as a double bed), a bathroom (bathtub, toilet). Outside, you will have at your disposal a private gravelled and enclosed courtyard allowing you to bring in your car, your bikes or your jet skis. Access to the river shared with another cottage allowing you to swim in the river or relax on the bank. The beds will be made on arrival. Electric heating in addition beyond 8 Kw of electricity per day.
