Located in the heart of the Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park, at the foot of the cycle path, the port (200 m), the beach, and also the village and its shops (200 m), the “La Grapperie” gîte, thanks to its ideal location, offers you the possibility of leaving your car behind for the duration of your stay. This two-story house can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. On the ground floor: – A living room. – A kitchenette. – A dining area. – A lounge area. – A toilet with sink that also serves as a laundry room. – A bedroom with a bunk bed (90 cm x 190 cm). Upstairs: – A double bedroom with a bed (140 cm x 190 cm). – A twin bedroom with two single beds (80 cm x 200 cm) that can be made into a double bed. – A bathroom (bathtub, toilet). Outside: – A private, enclosed gravel courtyard. – Garden furniture. – Shared river access with another gîte. Other information: Beds will be made upon arrival. Electric heating is charged extra beyond 8 kWh of electricity per day.
