This 100 m² house is ideally located between the three large lakes of the Aube region: Lake Amance, Lake Temple, and Lake Orient. It is also close to the port of Dienville and the Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park. On the ground floor: – A living room with a large table for 8 people, a table for 4, and a wood-burning stove. – A lounge with a sofa bed and a single bed (90 cm). – A fully equipped kitchen. – A toilet. – A bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs: – A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). – A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm). – A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). – A shower room with a shower and sink. – A folding single bed (80 cm). Outside: – An enclosed courtyard with garden tables and chairs. – A garden. – A veranda. – A barbecue. – Private parking. – A private above-ground pool (available only in July and August). Other information: Duvets and pillows are provided, but bed linen and towels are not included. Dogs and cats are welcome. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, except for the barbecue and oven.
