La Belle Éveillée

La Belle Éveillée has been a fruit pressing company since 2011. The 1950s packet press can press 600 liters of juice per hour. The fruits come from family orchards and the fruit juices are prepared and pasteurized on the farm. The 120 fruit trees in the orchard planted in 2011 are maintained by free-range laying hens which help control insect attacks and ensure reasonable fertilization. The small shop selling apple juice, cider vinegar, jams and various local products is open every Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. There is something for every budget, fruit juices are on sale from €2.50 per one-liter bottle.
