The Onion Fair is back in Chavanges! This trade fair, organized by the Festival Committee and held every year on the second Saturday of October, celebrates the onion in all its forms. You’ll find around a hundred exhibitors, including local producers, farmers, and artisans, as well as local associations. On the menu: onion tart, black pudding with onions, and onion fritters. You can also buy onions by the bag. Come one, come all!
