Nestled in the heart of a peaceful village, at the foot of the Lacs de la Forêt d’Orient, 35 minutes from Troyes, come and discover this small house offering a cocooning atmosphere, a neat and warm decoration where it is good to recharge your batteries. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with kitchenette and stove, a comfortable lounge with large TV screen and sofa bed (possibility of 2 additional beds (20€/night/person), a separate toilet and a bathroom (shower + sink). Upstairs, you will find a double bedroom (160×200 bed) and a twin bedroom (2 90×200 beds that can be pushed together). Outside, you will appreciate the fully enclosed courtyard with no overlooked views, equipped with garden furniture, relaxation lounge, shade sail and barbecue. Free parking will be on the street. Heating, electricity, towels, end-of-stay cleaning included in the price of the stay. Beds made on arrival.
