This single-storey cottage can accommodate up to 9 people. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the second with two single beds, and the third with three single beds, two of which are bunk beds. The living room can accommodate other beds thanks to its sofa beds. You will also enjoy a bright living room with a cozy lounge, a friendly dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom, you will have the choice between a shower and a bathtub and a separate toilet. Outside: the enclosed garden and terrace will be the setting for your outdoor meals. You can enjoy the garden furniture, awning, barbecue, deckchairs, swing, slide, and pétanque court. Parking is in an enclosed and private area. Upon arrival, beds will be made and towels and household linen will be provided. Heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Ideally located just minutes from the famous Lake Amance and the Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park. In a simple and friendly atmosphere, this vacation home is the perfect starting point for stays with family or friends and to fully enjoy your vacation. And nearby… On foot or by bike, explore the lake beaches, the park trails, the port of Dienville or the small local markets. Water sports, forest walks, birdwatching, historical heritage: there is no shortage of discoveries! For more than 6 people: supplement of €15/night/person.
