This single-story cottage can accommodate up to 9 people. Inside: – One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm); – One bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm); – One bedroom with three single beds, two of which are bunk beds (90 x 200 cm); – A living room (which can accommodate additional sleeping space thanks to its sofa beds); – A comfortable dining area; – A fully equipped kitchen; – A bathroom with shower and bathtub; – Separate toilet. Outside: – An enclosed garden; – A terrace for al fresco dining; – Garden furniture; – An awning; – A barbecue; – Sun loungers; – A swing; – A slide; – A pétanque court. Parking is available in a private, enclosed area. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels and linens will be provided. Heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Ideally located just minutes from the famous Lake Amance and the Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park, this holiday home offers a simple yet welcoming atmosphere and is the perfect starting point for holidays with family or friends. Explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike, discovering the lake beaches, park trails, the port of Dienville, or charming local markets. Water sports, forest walks, birdwatching, and historical sites abound! For groups larger than 6 people, there is an additional charge of €15 per person per night.
