In the heart of the charming village of Trannes, enjoy a peaceful stay in this beautiful and spacious stone house. Ideally located, it is close to the lakes of the Forêt d’Orient and the Champagne vineyards, just 5 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park and 15 minutes from Brienne-le-Château, Bar-sur-Aube, and Vendeuvre-sur-Barse. On the ground floor: – A fully equipped kitchen. – A dining room. – A triple bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm). – A triple bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 cm x 190 cm). – A bathroom (shower and bathtub). On the first floor: – A living room (sofas, TV). – A master suite with a 140cm x 200cm double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower + WC). – A bedroom with a 140cm x 200cm double bed. – A twin bedroom with two 90cm x 190cm single beds. – A triple bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm double bed and a 90cm x 200cm single bed. – Two bathrooms with shower and WC. On the 2nd floor: – A 70m² entertainment room with a bar and beer tap, foosball, a television, a DVD player, a library corner, casino games, board games, and children’s games. – The possibility of an additional sleeping area with a 140cm x 190cm bed.
