Marie and Frédéric welcome you to their charming, comfortable, and bright gîte, located in the small village of Puits-et-Nuisement. Inside: – A spacious living/dining room. – A fully equipped open-plan kitchen. – Two double bedrooms, each with a 160cm x 200cm bed. – One twin bedroom with two 90cm x 190cm beds. – A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. – A separate toilet. – A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. – A garage (for bicycles or motorcycles). Outside: – A 1200m² enclosed garden with lovely open views of the Champagne plains. – A terrace. – Garden furniture. – Sun loungers. – A barbecue. – A swing. – A foosball table. – Children’s games. Other information: Bed linen and towels are provided. Utilities are included. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Dogs under 15 kg are accepted. Cats are not accepted.
