In the Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park, bordered by the Aube River, the “Les Gravières” Natural Campsite is a quiet, shaded campsite located on the banks of the Aube River (20m). Its verdant, wooded setting offers absolute tranquility! The campsite has 25 pitches and welcomes pets. It is open from 8 am to 9 pm during its season. Please note that swimming in the Aube River is prohibited. The natural campsite is located in the immediate vicinity of several must-see attractions to (re)discover during your stay: – The Lesmont Market Hall: a traditional wooden market hall, emblematic of the village. It is part of the local architectural heritage and recalls the historical commercial activity of the Champagne villages. – The Church of Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens: the village church, located near the market hall, is another interesting historical landmark for a heritage walk. – The banks of the Aube River offer areas ideal for walking, canoeing, and fishing. A canoe launch point is located in the village. – The Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park: in the immediate vicinity, this vast natural park is one of the area’s major attractions, encompassing forests, bird observatories, hiking trails, and large lakes.
