Discover sophrology and the magnificent forest at the same time, in the heart of the Orient Forest Regional Natural Park. For two hours, stroll peacefully through the forest and take the time to discover it in a new way through sophrology exercises. The walk covers 3 km, with several sophrology breaks during which you will practice breathing, relaxation, and concentration exercises. Reservations required.
