On the ground floor: – A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. – Appliances: coffee machine + drip coffee maker + toaster + kettle. – A living room with a spacious seating area, a television, a dining area, and a library. – 1 double bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) with a dressing table and wardrobe. – 1 double bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) + wardrobe + chest of drawers. – A family bathroom with shower and bathtub. – Separate WC.
