Ideally located in the heart of a peaceful village surrounded by forest, this semi-detached house, adjoining the owners’ home, welcomes you 15 km from Montier-en-Der, 30 km from Bar-sur-Aube, and 54 km from Troyes. The courtyard and outdoor spaces are shared with the owners. On the ground floor: – A kitchenette. – A living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeps a fourth person for an additional fee). – A television. – A dining area and pizza oven. Upstairs: – A mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed). – A bathroom with shower, double vanity, and toilet. – A shared washing machine at the owner’s house. Utilities are included except for wood pellets for the stove (€4/day only if used). Outside: – A terrace with garden furniture. – A pergola. – A barbecue. – Private, enclosed parking.
