Come discover the history, secrets, and soul of our craft through an exclusive immersion: Gourmet Wednesdays. From June to August, the company opens its doors for a unique gourmet tour. The entire team will present the key stages of their craft: the laboratory, the equipment and its uses, the specificities of each production… All punctuated with demonstrations. The tour will conclude with a gourmet tasting of the company’s signature products: a veritable festival of flavors that is the pride of this family business.
