Un Dimanche à la campagne : La Ferme du Champ Roy

For this 29th edition of Un Dimanche à la campagne, head to the Ferme du Champ Roy to discover their products and expertise, from milk production to the manufacture of their ‘LE CHAMP-SUR-BARSE’ dairy products: milk, cheeses, farmhouse tommes made from raw milk, yoghurt and farmhouse skyrs sold directly in the cheese shop.
You can also come and taste the cheeses, visit the cowshed and enjoy the many events organised for the occasion!

There will also be a farmers’ and craftsmen’s market with a host of exhibitors:
– Les Pâtes de l’Aube: organic farmhouse products
– L’Huile du Haut du Sec: rapeseed, sunflower, camelina and hemp oil
– Au Rucher des Lacs: honey
– Le Jardin de Laura: organic market gardening, plants
– O Délices de Lucas: home-made jams and spreads
– Jardin Sauvage: herbalist’s shop, herbal teas made from local plants
– Le Moulin de la Lauchère: chocolate, confectionery
– Les Pains à La Ferme: bread, brioche and cookies made with cereals from the farm
– Juste Une Histoire: jewellery and accessories
– CANELA: jewellery, accessories, sewing
– Les Bougies d’Elo: handmade candles
– Friselys: painting on porcelain, earthenware and ceramics
– Natur’elle: natural stone jewellery
– JMD TOURNAGE : wood turner
– THE PAPART : paintings
– KITIE CREATION: creation and engraving of wooden objects and mirrors
– BOCALOCA: vegetable spreads

And for the food, you’ll be able to try a croque-raclette made with Champ-sur-Barse cheese, home-made pizzas with Champ-sur-Barse cheese, sausages and merguez sausages from Aube producers, chips, or crêpes made with milk from the farm, with a touch of home-made jam (you can’t refuse!).
Champagne and local beers will also be available in the refreshment area.
