Présentation

Come and discover our atypical house with roof terrace and view of the lake, 3 bedrooms including a baby (one on the ground floor and a master suite upstairs), 1 double sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, living room / kitchen, and 2 outdoor spaces: pool side / pool side. We offer weekly rental and sometimes for weekends. For the summer, air conditioning in the bedrooms upstairs IMPORTANT INFORMATION: this is our daily home, our belongings, clothes, etc. are therefore inside including during the rental. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms of the house as well as all the household appliances, however we will go to the accommodation regularly in a very quick and discreet manner in order to carry out maintenance of the pool and the swimming pool. Other remarks The swimming pool has a submerged shutter which perfectly meets the NF P90-308 standard for the protection of others. The pool is fenced but if you come with young children, you will still have to be very careful not to let them go to the pool side (see photos). The living room area is completely glazed, we do not have roller shutters on this part, people who will sleep in the sofa bed will have to provide a sleep mask. You have a carpark that can cover a vehicle. We have a little girl, her toys, books, outdoor games will be loaned during the rental, the house is lively, there is everything to do for the little ones while remaining vigilant with the pond, the swimming pool and the stairs.
