Come and discover the manufacturing workshops of the Tuilerie Poterie Royer, Living Heritage Company of Soulaines-Dhuys. A visit during which you will discover the history of heritage linked to clay in our department as well as the different manufacturing techniques of tile making / pottery. The visit to the big oven is an astonishing and mysterious moment where the alchemy of fire transforms the earth, after 9 days of cooking, into durable construction products for generations. A hand turning demonstration will be offered to you with explanations. During the visit, the children will be looked after by Katelyn who will introduce them to the pleasure of creating with their hands with clay. Visits on Wednesdays in July and August. #VisiteTuilerie
