Michelle Esmard shares her journey with you…

Born in the Aube region in 1941, she comes from a family of farmers. In her childhood, there wasn’t much time for leisure or culture in general!

It wasn’t until she was around 50 that she discovered painting to cope with a stressful professional life.

She tried her hand at different art forms, and now works on what she enjoys most. For several years, she took drawing and painting classes at the Municipal School of Fine Arts in Troyes. She has already exhibited in several places, even though she likes to point out that she is not a professional artist. She practices above all for pleasure, discovery, and sharing.

What does she like? Representing nature!
