Exposition “Napoléon, jouons, jouets”

The Musée Napoléon is staging a brand new exhibition for the summer of 2025. This year’s theme is ‘Napoleon, let’s play, toys’.

You will (re)discover the Napoleonic epic from a new angle, through games and toys.
Like music, theatre and cinema, games were just one of the many tools used for power and propaganda. Somewhere between dream and reality, between the collective imagination and academic research, this exhibition will showcase various aspects of these subjects and provide some answers, but also raise a few questions: History cannot simply be a narrative, it must also be a question.
