Museum of Modern Art Pierre and Denise Lévy National Collections Act 1 The completely redesigned presentation of the collections in this Act 1 of the reopening of the Museum of Modern Art allows visitors to (re)discover the collection, from the second half of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, from the Realists to variations on Cubism, including the so-called "Fauvist" works and the collection of African and Oceanic art. A prefiguration space on the ground floor traces the history of the collections, the museum's leading artists and the prefiguration of the second part of the permanent exhibition, on art from the interwar period to the end of the 1960s. The museum's garden now offers a new walk, a trail of sculptures opening onto contemporary art.
